Should you have any questions, comments, or complaints regarding our products, services, or representatives, we want to ensure that they are handled in a fair and effective manner.<\/p><p>Complaint handling process<\/p><h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Step 1: Simple and effective resolution of your dissatisfaction<\/span><\/h3><p>Start by contacting your advisor. If your dissatisfaction involves your advisor, please write to our client complaint management center at <a href=\"mailto:norman.dickenson@essor.ca\">norman.dickenson@essor.ca<\/a>. We will respond as quickly as possible to help resolve the issue.<\/p><h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Step 2: Submitting an unresolved complaint from Step 1<\/span><\/h3><p>If you are not satisfied with how your issue was resolved, you may submit your complaint in writing to <a href=\"mailto:norman.dickenson@essor.ca\">norman.dickenson@essor.ca<\/a>. Within 10 days of receiving your complaint, it will be recorded in our complaints register, and you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt. A full review and outcome of the complaint will be provided within 30 business days of receiving all necessary documentation and information.
